We aim to process your return within 2-3 weeks of receiving the Product. Please note that this may take longer if we need to work with a supplier, authorised dealer or repair agent.
Items purchased at www.brubit.com may be returned by mail or if other arrangements have been made with Head office and advised differently. There will be a full refund ONLY on faulty and NON-working products, but all products sold on www.brubit.com will have 12 Month Warrantee unless advised otherwise on product additional information section.
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase. Please be advised original order nr & receipt must be attached.
In most cases you can ship an item back to us for a refund or replacement
- We recommend insuring your return package, as we cannot refund an item we don’t receive
- A returned item must be identical to the brand, specifications, item description and condition of original purchase
- Replacement items will be sent to the original “ship to” address upon receipt of the original
item at our Returns address of the package, as long as the item is still in stock
Please note the following is required if returned
We expect items returned to us to be in good condition and in an unused state complete with packaging and all components. In particular this means that you will:
- Return in good condition all packaging, manuals, cables etc
- Return the goods in a condition that would enable us to resell them as new
- We will then refund you the price you paid for that item (excluding courier/shipping/postage).
We are unable to refund return courier/shipping/postage costs.

- Return each item in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories or components.
Include your order number with your return parcel. Once your return parcel arrives at our
warehouse, you will hear from us. Please note that when you return an item, the extent of
your refund, repair or replacement will depend on various factors as detailed in our refund
policy. These include the condition of the item, how long you have had the item, and how
the item was purchased.

Special REC Watch Collection – 30 Days return Policy
REC Watches supplied by www.brubit.com accepts return of items bought ONLY from
www.brubit.com You have to return the merchandise no later than 30 days from the product is
received/delivered by the courier. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, and/or are
incomplete. As soon as we have received the returned item(s) and they have undergone a quality
control check you will be refunded. Refund time may vary.
